Visual stylistic subtleties in TBS genre

HoMM part might seem weird in terms of what kind of "characters" am I talking about - it seems like a HoMM2-ish heroes portraits, but with HoMM3 creature descriptions, which doesn't make too much sense. But it shouldn't be taken literally, it's all about the idea that certain Disciples human characters are more terrifying then HoMM demons, while Disciples demons are even beyond of that. Not much though, just a little bit.
